Reporting:•Prepare & Analyze the set of management reports defined for the business unit.•Be completely conversant with the BSC objectives of all the departments in the SBU and get constant feedback from the departments and management for reviewing the objectives.•Coordinate with different departments and help them in their BSC reporting by providing support in measure clarification, analysis and presentation.•Coordinate with various departments for conducting BSC reviews as per the Management calendar.•Analyze and work with other business units to identify new business opportunities and perform a detailed study on each of these opportunities.•Act as a custodian of all SBU Plans and Strategic & Operational Performance Reports.
Automation using ERP:•Work with the ERP and IT Operations teams to address the reporting requirements(BSC & SMART Reports) of the Foods business and automating different BSC reports.•Provide clear business requirements to the Application Services and IT Operations teams for report automation, modifications and business process implementations.•Follow up with the IT Department for on time implementation as required by the Foods SBU.
Qualifications : •Bachelors degree in Science/t.Experience : .2+ years of experience in supply chain management, Production Management & Enterprise Resource Planning.Job specific Skills : •Complete understanding of the planning & MIS tools & methodologies for a FMCG manufacturing unit.Generic Skills:•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint , MS- Word & MS – Outlook).•Working knowledge of BaaN.•Working knowledge of English language (Arabic Preferred).
