Role Purpose:
Lead and drive the Master Production Scheduling function across all sites to ensure optimal balance between demand, capacity, and inventory while supporting business profitability and service level targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage weekly MPS plans aligned with sales orders, forecast, and operational constraints
• Lead S&OP/MPS alignment with Sales, MRP, Operations, and Logistics to ensure feasible and committed plans
• Control and govern order management (additions, cancellations, prioritization) within agreed planning windows
• Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and validate plant capacity vs demand scenarios
• Optimize production sequencing (line allocation, long runs, changeover reduction) across sites
• Monitor plan adherence, production performance, and service levels; drive corrective actions
• Manage stock levels (FG & bins) to avoid both shortages and overproduction
• Coordinate closely with outbound/logistics to ensure smooth execution and delivery alignment
• Lead scenario planning for demand variability and raw material constraints
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and KPIs (forecast accuracy, stability, utilization)

Requirements:

• Strong experience in production planning/MPS in manufacturing (preferably feed/FMCG)
• Solid understanding of SAP (MPS, MRP, sales orders, production orders)
• Strong analytical and scenario planning skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and resolve conflicts
• Experience in high-mix, high-volume production environments
