Long Description

Doing all aspects of the recruitment efforts within the organization, monitor and control cost of recruitment activities, job fairs and advertising, perform employment activity to include working with assigned managers, and conduct pre-employment interviews.

  • Participate in developing recruitment policies, procedures and forms.
  • Review recruitment requests to verify title, grade, starting salary and vacancies.
  • Source candidates at all levels and proactively fill positions utilizing a variety of methods including contingency firms, retained search, Internet advertising and sourcing, and employee referrals.
  • Manage responses to advertisement and forward to concerned departments after short listing
  • Interview candidates and schedule technical interviews with concerned managers
  • Prepare offer letter and employment contract for selected candidates
  • Manage contracts with contingency firms and sourcing websites.
  • Work with HRD to develop recruitment campaigns and strategies to fill hard to recruit positions.
  • Participate and coordinate career and open days organized by universities and educational institutes
  • Coordinate with governmental entities related to manpower (e.g. HR development Fund, Labor Office) for any type of cooperation related to manpower fulfilment

Internal :

  • Regular reporting to Sr. Manager - TA
  • Interaction with different internal customers (department and business heads) for recruitment requests.

External :

Regular interaction with external agencies like recruitment companies, advertisement firms and training vendors.

  • Decision making is limited by the guidelines of the HR process and policy manual.
  • Job holder will have independence to search for reliable and low cost agencies related to recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Administration.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience is required.
  • Experience in Recruitment is a must in a large setup.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits structures & policies.
  • Head hunting skills.

Generic Skills:

  • Working knowledge of  Microsoft Office ( MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint , MS- Word & MS – Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of  BaaN.
  • Working knowledge of English and/or Arabic.
