Supervisor, Maintenance

To manage the cleaning operations of the farm premises and equipment and to make them ready for next cycle of DOC placement

Operational Excellence

Plan and manage the cleaning operations of the broiler and breeder farms
Draft standard operating procedures and protocols for farm cleaning and ensure the operational teams are aware of the same before every cleaning cycle
Ensure use of standard cleaning and disinfecting material during cleaning operations
Evaluate the equipment requirement for cleaning operations and coordinate with the purchase team for equipment procurement
Monitor the performance of the cleaning team and ensure adherence to the SOPs and protocols
Ensure availability of cleaning crew as per the cleaning schedule. Coordinate with Senior Manager â€“ Farm Support Services for recruitments and man power allocation
Plan and execute maintenance program
Ensure repairs and modifications are carried out as and when requested by the Broiler and Breeder teams
Assign resources to farms to carry out required maintenance works

Hygiene, Bio Security & Safety

Ensure that the facilities are maintained in accordance with Arasco hygiene standards
Ensure that the cleaning team adheres to the safety policies and processes

The jobholder works in the livestock department and the job involves monitoring of cleaning operations and team for the livestock department

Internal:

Communicates with Senior Manager Support Services, Superintendents of Farms and the cleaning crew
