• To follow up the jobs that coming by  Maintenance management program (which is planned job or periodic job) and in any urgent job (which can coming by mech/EIA supervisor or department supervisor) should be apply by according to MEFSCO guidelines,Environment safey,Health,Food safety regulations and maintenance standarts,to be coordinate the work permits and organize the team to do the job efficiently and effectively in order to apply all the necessary resorces..(people man power,timing etc.)
• provide flexibility in the maintenance schedule for the planned production of the plant can also be related to the production department agrees with equipment performance and to follow up on a daily basis.
• Giving of report his lead tech. if disruptions and delays occurred during the job applying and to find solutions to prevent the occurrence.
• Making appropriate work assignments for equipment maintenance pending in the workshop and to make the maintenance of the equipment required by contacting the relevant people.
• To give some ideas or suggestions for work to ensure compliance with MEFSCO maintenance model or business system and processes to increase productivity,or reduce costs.
• To efficient use of work area, resources (energy, supplies, equipment and devices) usage,contribute to the realization of the maintenance budget targets end of the year. To maintain housekeeping in his responsible area
• Share his Information and training with other employees by of the team's experience field applications, etc,.  by using the meeting etc.area and to support the development team.
• Any Comply with EH&S,environment and food safety rules.If any non-compliance of environmental, safety and food safety detects than inform this compliance with using by Unsafe Condition Report.
• To take individual responsibilities about food safety to achieve the organization’s target,and to maintain the   internal communications related with food safety.
• To be aware of the environmental impacts associated with their activities, and to know and implement the procedures. To minimize the environmental impact in his job.

Qualifications: 

Diploma in mechanical.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as mechanical technician  

Job Specific skills:

Troubleshooting, laser alignment, vibration analysis, lubrication knowledge, assemble and disassemble equipment, susceptible to new technologies, susceptible to computer programs, experience in Welding, lathe and equipment tools handling.      

Generic Skills:

Communication skills, leadership, teamwork.
